1)For airport transfer, it’s limited to one pick-up location and one drop-off location only. Any additional pick up/drop off point will be charged.
2)Airport transfer rates are for in-town transfers; additional fees may apply if cross-town.

1)For all airport/cruise arrival transfers, waiting grace is 60mins from flight actual landing time. Once exceeded, waiting fees will be applied.
2)For all other transfers, waiting grace is 15mins from the scheduled pick up time. Once exceeded, waiting fees will be applied.
1)For all airport/cruise/railway arrival transfers, the chauffeurs meet and greet the passengers at arrival hall with sign board.
2)For airport VIP meet and greet services/fast track, additional fees will be applied.
1)For all reservations, cancellation under 24 hours prior to the pick up time, 100% of total charge.
2)If the passenger can NOT locate the chauffeur, APAC Transportation Worldwide must be called to avoid being charged for a “No Show”. For “No show” case, 100% of total charge.
3)There is no charge as long as you cancel the reservation 24 hours before the trip. You will receive a full refund if there is any deposit we applied.
1)All rates include: chauffeur, insurance, fuel, parking and tolls.
2)Invoice will be sent in 24 hours once job completed.
3)We accept the payment via credit card(Visa, Master, AMEX, & JCB), Paypal, and Wire Transfer.
4)For the payment via credit card, we charge extra 3% as the bank fees.
5)For the payment via Paypal, we charge extra 5% as the bank fees.
6)Payment terms will be at 30 days upon presentation of invoices.
7)If the Customer fails to make a payment due to the Supplier under the Contract by the due date, the Customer shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment. Interest will accrue each day at 7% a year base rate from time to time.

We do not collect or store any customer credit card information. All financial information is encrypted at the point of entry online and passed directly to our payment gateway provider.
